What should I do if my roof is leaking?

Turn off the electrics to any circuit where water is near a light fitting, get containers under the drips, and move what you can. If a ceiling is bulging, pierce the low point of it over a bucket rather than letting it fall. Then photograph everything and ring a roofer — and do not go up a ladder to look.
